Is this actually free? What is the catch?

There is no catch. The assessment and the report are free. The next step after the report, a Discovery Audit, is a paid engagement. The report will explain what that involves if it is relevant to your situation. There is no obligation to proceed and no follow-up sales call unless you ask for one.

How accurate will the revenue figure be?

The figure is an estimate based on your self-reported inputs, not a forensic audit. It uses conservative midpoint assumptions and is presented as a range. Its job is to give you a calibrated sense of scale, not to produce a number you could present to your board. A Discovery Audit produces the verified version.

What happens to my responses?

Your responses are used to prepare your report and stored securely. They are not shared with any third party, not used for advertising, and not sold. You can request deletion at any time by replying to the email that delivers your report.

I don't have exact numbers for some questions. Should I still complete it?

Yes. Every question uses ranges rather than exact inputs for exactly this reason. A best estimate in the right range produces a useful report. The only questions where accuracy significantly affects the output are in Section 4 and even there, a rough answer is better than a skipped one.

How long will it take to receive my report?

Within 2 business days. Every report is reviewed personally before it is sent. It is not an automated email that fires immediately on submission. If your report has not arrived within 2 business days, reply to the confirmation email you receive after completing the assessment.

I already know my lead process has problems. Is this still useful?

Usually more so. Knowing there is a problem and knowing what it costs are different things. The report puts a number on the gap, which changes how you think about whether and when to address it. It also identifies which part of the process is driving the most loss, which is often not where people expect.
